RETURN POLICY

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns for Refund (0-30 days) Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Exchanges and Store Credit (31-60 days) Items purchased 31-60 days ago are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at jamiedreamsinfo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and shipping address.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Processing Time Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.
